From dive bars in Wisconsin to fine dining in Boise, Hooligan’s is a culmination of 35 years of experience that combines thoughtful food in a comfortable atmosphere tucked into one of Boise’s oldest neighborhoods. Our goal has always been to incorporate what’s important to us – making things in-house from scratch, a good burger on fantastic bread, and sourcing local ingredients as much as possible. The kitchen opens at 11 am daily, with brunch on Sundays at 10 am.
Drink
If you learn anything from growing up in Wisconsin, you know how to make a good cocktail. We’ve extended the same philosophy as the food to our drink program with fresh-squeezed juices, a house-made Bloody Mary mix, and a boozy menu that features both traditional favorites and seasonal offerings. Our draft beer collection features everything you’d expect to find in a neighborhood pub, including four rotating taps highlighting some of Boise’s local and growing brewing scene. Jay’s lifelong interest in wine results in a list not usually found in a place with pool tables and shuffleboard.
